It's done, I can move on. I feel vaguely deflated, the fun is in the making I think. Project details are on
Ravelry.
Still love the colors but it could have been more fitted around the shoulders, it feels a little like they're slipping off.
This sweater taught me a ton and I'm so glad I made it, now if only it would get cold enough to wear. I ripped it right off as soon as the photos were taken.
The steek was so much fun to cut, what a high.
Leaving town for a vacation soon and will have very limited internet access while I'm away. See you all in mid-August, hope you're having a wonderful summer!

The fit is a little off around the shoulders but it's hardly noticeably. The colors are great so everyone is going to be looking at your gorgeous knitting! Have a great vacation!
Wow! It fits you really nicely and turned out so beautiful.
It's absolutely stunning! I love everything about it. Have a fabulous vacation!
Simply stunning! I love it!!! Could you sew in some thin elastic thread around the neckline to hold the shoulders in place a little more? Or perhaps a crochet chain inside the neckline to stabilize it? Yarn Harlot did a post about it:

Hope you have very sweet holidays!
It's gorgeous, Misa!!!
WOW, Misa! That is beautiful! Now you can look forward to the cooler weather!
Fan-fucking-tastic!
Just amazing, you make knitting look fabulous (come on, not all projects are, right?) <3
If fit so well and the colours are stunning, they are like a summer day in them selves. And the details and the photos and the beauty of it all coming together. I'll give a Blue Ribbon and vote for is as this year's best project so far!
You must be so happy about this?
Looks lovely! Off to read your project page on Ravelry.
total "Misa" colors, it is simply a work of art. Congrats! And Bon Voyage!
Wow! Definitely a work of art.
Absolutely beautiful! You knitting never ceases to amaze me. Love it!
You do have absolutely gorgeous knitworks. I can´t miss Your next works. :)
Wow, it's gorgeous! So awesome to have such a pretty sweater to look forward to wearing once the seasons turn again. Have a wonderful vacay!
A work of art! Brava! You have a way with combining colors.
Oh my word. It looks like you made it while wearing it. It fits so well and its so beautiful!
Excellent -- consider adding a satin ribbon inside back neck shoulder to shoulder - lenght to keep the shoulder / sleeves from slipping off -- just tack
Such talent you have
Marion
This is just beautiful! The sheer colourfulness of it puts all my muted WIPs to shame. I definitely need to be more brave with colour- who knew orange could look so good!
Wow-gorgeous! I think this is the best looking sweater I've seen in years! Beautiful photos as well.
